A Fun War at Wild Jack
Everyone – but everyone – knows the card game “War.” It’s that card game that never seems to end that you often see groups of children sitting around on playgrounds comparing cards to each other over and over. The game goes on so long because the end comes only when one of the players ends up with all of the cards. The more players participate in the game, the longer it takes to win because the cards are distributed between more people. War is – like almost every other card game – also a casino game, played widely at Wild Jack Casino.
Casino War at Wild Jack Casino
As Wild Jack Casino’s explanation of Casino War states: “The main difference is that when you win Casino War, you don't win your opponent's cards, you win cash.” What’s not to love about that, right? Casino War is also one of the easiest games to play because there are very few rules to memorize and very procedures to train oneself to play by. It’s as easy as the old card game you played with your friends as a child – and it allows you to bet and win money.
How to Play Casino War
The game of Casino War at Wild Jack Casino begins when the player offers his or her ante bet. The game cannot begin before this simple step is taken. This is a fairly easy thing to do: the player must simply choose a coin size and click on the button which is marked “ante.” It couldn’t be easier. The cards are then dealt, one at a time to each player – just like in the original game of War. Also just like in the original War game, the player (or the dealer) with the highest card of the bunch wins the round. Aces are the cards that carry the highest value, while Kings, Queens, Jacks, tens, nines, and so on follow in such descending order.
But there is always the possibility that the player and the dealer will come out with tied cards. In this case, the game gets slightly more difficult (relatively, that is – don’t worry, it’s still easy). If a tie appears between the cards of the dealer and the player, then the player must choose whether to “declare war” (in the most peaceful way, of course) or to surrender. If the player chooses to surrender, the game ends and he or she gives up half of the original ante bet placed.
If the player decides not to surrender, however, the recourse is to hit the button marked “Raise.” This places a new bet, of the same value as the original ante bet, on the casino’s virtual table. In such a case, a new card is dealt to both the dealer and the player and the game proceeds as before – whoever wins the higher card wins the game.
The third type of bet is called the Tie Bet. This bet is placed at the very beginning of the game and carries no relation to the original amount of the ante bet. However, if the first pair of cards dealt to the player and the dealer results in a tie, then the player wins a 10-to-1 pay-out on that bet.
